As an energy-importing country, our nation&#8217;s import ratio has been steadily increasing, currently exceeding 95%. Every year, the country invests billions of dollars in research and promotion related to energy issues. Each National Energy Conference announces significant energy policy measures, with the latest one proposing early measures to address the issue of carbon dioxide emissions on Earth. Energy problems have always been one of the major issues that urgently need to be resolved.<\/p>\n<p>In recent years, research on energy in the country has been increasingly valued. The Energy Commission of the Ministry of Economic Affairs has been providing strong support for energy-related research every year. Recently, there are plans to guide universities in establishing energy technology centers to enhance the scale and level of energy research, in order to address the severe challenges of domestic energy in the 21st century.<\/p>\n<p>Our school&#8217;s teachers have been conducting research in this area for many years. It is headed by Distinguished Professor Kang-Ping Lin from the Department of Electrical Engineering at Chung Yuan Christian University. The center combines research and development capabilities from industry and academia to engage in innovative research, product testing, medical device regulations, and talent cultivation in the field of medical devices. At present, our center consists of one director and one deputy director, as well as three project managers. These professionals cover various fields including electronics, optics design, materials mechanics, information and communication technology, biomedical engineering, and clinical research. It utilizes a low-cost digital signal processor (DSP) to develop and implement advanced algorithms for faster convergence and stronger anti-interference capabilities, thereby improving the application performance of actual products.<\/p>\n<p>In recent years, the ANVC Application Development Center has developed advanced signal processing algorithms and implementation techniques.
