Autoclose: 1 -->\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-av_one_full-a3441b8616c7872102575edb45526c35\">\n.flex_column.av-av_one_full-a3441b8616c7872102575edb45526c35{\npadding:30px 30px 30px 30px;\nbackground-color:#ffffff;\n}\n<\/style>\n<div class='flex_column av-av_one_full-a3441b8616c7872102575edb45526c35 av_one_full  avia-builder-el-15  el_after_av_one_full  el_before_av_one_full  first flex_column_div column-top-margin'   ><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><h3><span style=\"color: #ed6f34;\">\u7b2c\u4e00\u689d <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ed6f34;\">Art. 1<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u672c\u6821\u4f9d\u64da\u5927\u5b78\u6cd5\u3001\u5b78\u4f4d\u6388\u4e88\u6cd5\u53ca\u6559\u80b2\u90e8\u767c\u5e03\u4e4b\u300c\u5b78\u751f\u9015\u4fee\u8b80\u535a\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u8fa6\u6cd5\u300d\u8a02\u5b9a\u672c\u4f5c\u696d\u898f\u7ae0\u3002<\/p>\n<div>\n<p class=\"Default\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">The university has established these regulations for directly enrolled doctoral degree students in accordance with the University Act, the Degree Conferral Act, and the &#8220;Regulations for Directly Enrolled Doctoral Degree Students&#8221; promulgated by the Ministry of Education.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-av_hr-5311bfeaea8d52db0b9d632a224bb53b\">\n#top .hr.av-av_hr-5311bfeaea8d52db0b9d632a224bb53b{\nmargin-top:0px;\nmargin-bottom:10px;\n}\n.hr.av-av_hr-5311bfeaea8d52db0b9d632a224bb53b .hr-inner{\nwidth:100%;\nborder-color:#d6d6d6;\n}\n<\/style>\n<div  class='hr av-av_hr-5311bfeaea8d52db0b9d632a224bb53b hr-custom  avia-builder-el-17  el_after_av_textblock  el_before_av_textblock  hr-center hr-icon-no '><span class='hr-inner inner-border-av-border-thin'><span class=\"hr-inner-style\"><\/span><\/span><\/div><br \/>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><h3><span style=\"color: #ed6f34;\">\u7b2c\u4e8c\u689d<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ed6f34;\">Art. 2<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u7533\u8acb\u9015\u4fee\u8b80\u535a\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u5b78\u751f\u61c9\u7b26\u5408\u4e0b\u5217\u8cc7\u683c\u4e4b\u4e00\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u3001 \u4fee\u8b80\u5b78\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u61c9\u5c46\u7562\u696d\u751f\uff0c\u4fee\u696d\u671f\u9593\u6210\u7e3e\u512a\u7570\uff0c\u4e26\u5177\u6709\u7814\u7a76\u6f5b\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e8c\u3001 \u4fee\u8b80\u78a9\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u5b78\u751f\uff0c\u4fee\u696d\u671f\u9593\u6210\u7e3e\u512a\u7570\uff0c\u4e26\u5177\u6709\u7814\u7a76\u6f5b\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u524d\u9805\u6240\u7a31\u6210\u7e3e\u512a\u7570\u53ca\u7814\u7a76\u6f5b\u529b\u4e4b\u8a8d\u5b9a\u57fa\u6e96\uff0c\u7531\u5404\u76f8\u95dc\u7cfb\u3001\u6240\u3001\u9662\u3001\u5b78\u4f4d\u5b78\u7a0b\u8a02\u5b9a\u4e4b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Applicants for directly enrolled doctoral degree program should meet one of the following qualifications:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Graduates who have obtained a bachelor&#8217;s degree with outstanding academic records during their undergraduate studies demonstrate research potential.<\/li>\n<li>Students who have obtained a master&#8217;s degree with outstanding academic records during their graduate studies demonstrate research potential.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The criteria for determining outstanding academic performance and research potential as mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be established by the respective departments, institutes, colleges, and degree programs concerned.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><h3><span style=\"color: #ed6f34;\">\u7b2c\u4e09\u689d <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ed6f34;\">Art. 3<\/span><\/h3>\n<div>\n<p class=\"Default\">\u7b26\u5408\u524d\u689d\u898f\u5b9a\u4e4b\u5b78\u751f\u63d0\u51fa\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u7d93\u539f\u5c31\u8b80\u6216\u76f8\u95dc\u7cfb\u3001\u6240\u3001\u9662\u3001\u5b78\u4f4d\u5b78\u7a0b\u52a9\u7406\u6559\u6388\u4ee5\u4e0a\u4e8c\u4eba\u63a8\u85a6\uff0c\u4e26\u7d93\u64ec\u5c31\u8b80\u7cfb\u3001\u6240\u3001\u9662\u3001\u5b78\u4f4d\u5b78\u7a0b\u4e4b\u76f8\u95dc\u6703\u8b70\u901a\u904e\u53ca\u6821\u9577\u6838\u5b9a\u5f8c\uff0c\u5f97\u51c6\u9015\u4fee\u8b80\u535a\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"Default\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Students who meet the requirements of the preceding article may apply for direct enrollment in a doctoral degree program. The application must be recommended by at least two assistant professors or higher from the student&#8217;s previous academic department or relevant departments, institutes, colleges, or degree programs. However, if the quotas are reassigned within the same college to other departments, institutes, or degree programs, it shall not be subject to this limitation.<\/p>\n<p>The quotas for directly enrolled doctoral degree students in each department, institute, college, or degree program as mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall not be fully allocated for direct enrollment. After the review and approval by the relevant department, institute, college, or degree program meeting, the results will be submitted to the Office of Academic Affairs for the approval of the President. However, students who directly entered the bachelor&#8217;s program must apply to transfer back to the first year of the master&#8217;s program when transferring from the doctoral program to the master&#8217;s program, while students at the second year or above of the doctoral program must transfer back to the second year of the master&#8217;s program:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Suspension of doctoral studies due to personal reasons.<\/li>\n<li>Failure to pass the doctoral candidacy exam.<\/li>\n<li>Failure to pass the doctoral degree exam and not meeting the requirements of Article 7.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If the above students pass the review of the relevant department, institute, school, or degree program, or the relevant department, institute, school, or degree program meeting, and complete the required coursework for the master&#8217;s degree according to the regulations, submit a thesis, and pass the master&#8217;s degree exam committee&#8217;s examination, they will be awarded a master&#8217;s degree.
