- Preliminary Evaluation (Written Report Review)Participating teams must submit a written project report by the specified deadline (2025.08.18 23:59), including project background, objectives, technical methods, results, and implementation details. A panel of expert judges will evaluate submissions based on the following criteria:
Evaluation Criteria Weight Innovation and Creativity 30% Level of Completion 30% Report Clarity and Completeness 40% Teams will be selected to advance to the final presentation round based on the written evaluation.
