- 初賽書面審查機制
參賽隊伍需於 2025年8月18日(23:59) 前繳交書面報告，內容須包含專題背景、開發目標、使用技術、成果展示及技術說明。由專業評審委員依下列標準評分：

| 創新與創意 | 30% |
| 成果完成度 | 30% |
| 報告完整性與邏輯性 | 40% |
經書面審查後，將選出隊伍晉級決賽簡報評選階段。
- Preliminary Evaluation (Written Report Review)
Participating teams must submit a written project report by the specified deadline (2025.08.18 23:59), including project background, objectives, technical methods, results, and implementation details. A panel of expert judges will evaluate submissions based on the following criteria:

| Innovation and Creativity | 30% |
| Level of Completion | 30% |
| Report Clarity and Completeness | 40% |
Teams will be selected to advance to the final presentation round based on the written evaluation.
