參賽規則與評分辦法
Competition Rules & Evaluation Criteria
一、參賽資格
- 限中原大學應屆畢業、在校學生與2025年中原大學國際專題設計實務暑期營隊學員報名參加。
- 每隊限由 1至4人組隊參賽,可跨系或跨年級組成團隊。
- 參賽隊伍必須使用 Intel OpenVINO™ Toolkit 為核心開發平台,並於作品中具體呈現AI應用之實作成果。
1. Eligibility
- Open only to currently enrolled and graduating students of Chung Yuan Christian University and participants of the 2025 CYCU International Summer Project Design Camp.
- Each team must consist of 1 to 4 members, and cross-department or cross-year collaboration is allowed.
- All projects must use Intel’s OpenVINO™ Toolkit as the core framework and demonstrate a practical application of AI technology.
二、競賽時程

- 報名時間: 即日起至2025年8月8日(五)23:59 止
- 初賽期間:2025年8月1日(五)至 2025年8月18日(一)
- 決賽時間與地點:預定於 2025年8月20日(三)於中原大學舉行現場簡報決選,詳情另行公告。
2. Competition Schedule

- Registration Period: From now until Friday, August 8, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
- Preliminary Round: August 1 (Fri) to August 18 (Mon), 2025
- Final Round: Tentatively scheduled for August 20 (Wedn), 2025, to be held on-site at Chung Yuan Christian University. Further details will be announced.
三、初賽書面審查機制
參賽隊伍需於 2025年8月18日(16:00) 前繳交書面報告,內容須包含專題背景、開發目標、使用技術、成果展示及技術說明。由專業評審委員依下列標準評分:

經書面審查後,將選出隊伍晉級決賽簡報評選階段。
3. Preliminary Evaluation (Written Report Review)
Participating teams must submit a written project report by the specified deadline (2025.08.18 16:00), including project background, objectives, technical methods, results, and implementation details. A panel of expert judges will evaluate submissions based on the following criteria:

Teams will be selected to advance to the final presentation round based on the written evaluation.
四、決賽簡報評分標準
入選隊伍需於決賽當天進行現場簡報與展示作品實作成果,評分標準如下:評審將綜合各項表現進行排名,選出特優前三名、優等三名、佳作三名與最佳創意一名,並頒發獎品。

4. Final Round Evaluation (Live Presentation)
Finalists must deliver an oral presentation and demonstrate their project on-site during the final round. Evaluation will be based on the following criteria:

| Practicality of the Project | 10% |
| Technical Depth and Completeness | 30% |
| Innovation and Creativity | 30% |
Based on a comprehensive evaluation of each team’s performance, the judging panel will award the Top 3 Excellence Awards, 3 Merit Awards, and 3 Honorable Mentions. One team will also be selected for the Best Creativity Award.
五、注意事項
- 參賽者須確保作品原創性,並遵守智慧財產權相關規定。
- 每隊限提交一份作品報告,並指定一名代表統一聯繫。
- 主辦單位保有調整競賽內容、評分機制與獎勵方式之權利,若有未盡事宜,將另行公告。
5. Notes
- Participants must ensure originality of their work and comply with all relevant intellectual property laws.
- Each team may only submit one report, and must designate one team leader as the point of contact.
- The organizer reserves the right to amend the competition content, evaluation criteria, and awards. Any changes will be publicly announced.
